| Law on Public-Private-Partnerships enetered into force |

15th August 2009 The law provides with the legal basis for granting Public-Private-Partnerships and Concessions in Kosovo, including the procedures for their award.
With the new law, Kosovo Government aims to create an enabling framework for infrastructure and service Public-Private-Partnerships and Concessions in all economic sectors (transport, health, education, energy, municipal works, etc).
The first PPP Project in Kosovo will be PPP for operation
and expansion of
